Very good about delivery. I sent back size 12 and had to re buy size 10 still waiting for reimbursement for size 12.

The walking trousers were despatched quickly. They are the second pair I have bought and I’m very pleased with them. They wash well and dry quite quickly. I’d like to see less plastic used in the packaging though.

If there was a bit on the back to help getting boot off as is the case on the knee length boot it would have been 5 stars.

I absolutely love these boots but hav have had to return them as sadly they don't fit. I am usually a size 3 or 3.5 and ordered a size 3 slim fit. Whilst the narrow,short legs fitted well the shoe part was much too big and wide with too much excess leather for my narrow feet. Very good quality and value and I'm disappointed that they didn't fit.

All of my items on the order are an excellent quality and so much better in the sale reductions 👌. I will use Rydale again and would highly recommend to others. We will enjoy wearing our garments and the dog is happy with his fleece coats , also, great quality and cost. Thank you 😊
