All sorts available and a nice man on checkout

The shop has a huge range of of things, what ever I have gone in for, they have had. In particular the habby department. When I was in last week, the man on the till was so friendly and helpful. I walked out feeling a bit less frazzled than when I walked in. Thank you

Stole £220.00 from me through website glitch and wont refund

Always been a Rydale fan but the appalling customer service i have recieved this time has really put me off. A website glitch meant that i was being returned to the basket everytime i tried to pay. Eventually managed to complete payment via Paypal but Rydale have taken the payment 4 times. This has left me £220.00 out of pocket. First Rydale said the payments hadnt processed and to contact my bank. Bank told me payments had processed and to ask for a refund. Then Rydale told me they had refunded the amounts but still showing on my account and they arent answering emails. They cant be so hard up for sales that they need to rob their customers of £220.00. Will never buy from them or recommend them again

Positive buying experience

Positive experience. Goods arrived quickly and well packaged. Unfortunately didn't fit but this should not detract from the lovely boots and fleece gillet. Bought larger size pleased.

I purchased a gilet which arrived quickly and was exactly as described. For reasons that were of no fault of Ryedales and had to return it. I was astonished how quickly my refund was received.

AVOID THIS COMPANY

Bought 2 pairs of boots from Rydale, they arrived in horrendous condition. The boots had mould, were scuffed, badly damaged, missing teeth up the zippers, soul of the shoe was not attached, glue all over the shoe. Literally awful. Emailed customer service, was told I could have a refund, 5 weeks later have been refunded for one boot and not the other pair. ABSOLUTE SCAM. AVOID AT EVERY COST.

Excellent customer service

I purchased a Cawood waxed jacket in March 2023 and was pleased with what was supplied. Later in the year the zip failed (it happens) and I contacted Rydale who asked for more details. I sent a photo of the problem and was assured that the jacket would be replaced, which it was and promptly. I’m equally pleased with the replacement and commend Jess and Chloe for their help and co-operation. This is customer care of the highest level and my thanks to Rydale.

Une commande retournée qui n'est toujours pas remboursée. Une autre commande apparemment perdu et donc que je n'ai toujours pas reçu. A éviter. Site pas sérieux, dommage les produits étaient pas mal, passez votre chemin pour éviter les soucis

Ordered on 7th December express…

Ordered on 7th December express delivery so expected within a few days. 1 week later it seems delivery company has "lost" package. They refunded express fee paid. I've now sent daily emails asking for either a replacement pair of boots sent out express delivery at their cost or a refund. I see the good reviews and am wondering if I'm unlucky with this purchase but definitely won't be using again. Updated 21st December. The replacement package has arrived so updated review from 1 to 3 stars. 2 weeks is a long time to wait but Evri is that courier who lost original so possibly expected.
