Place which guarantees next day delivery then uses Evri - which never arrives on time. Do not use Rydale if you need something guaranteed in time for a deadline.

I was reordering two shirts with which I was very pleased. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size. (I am 85 and disabled) I spoke to a member of the staff who was friendly, efficient and helpful) It was put right immediately without any fuss. The shirts and shoes are good quality at a reasonable price. Thank you Jessica and colleagues.

Received a pink dog fleece today for my cocker spaniel. It's so nice. Quality is great, I'm really happy with it 😊, fits my dog perfect . It came packaged nicely and arrived quick. Thank you.
Still waiting for order after receiving…
Still waiting for order after receiving incorrect delivery. I was told to get the incorrect order sent back before my actual order would be sent! 2 weeks down the line and still waiting. Please learn what customer service is, please learn that if you send incorrect deliveries it's not the customers fault. Get your online shop in order, print packing lists.
Update to very poor customer service!
Update. Did get my dog fleece and an email saying there had been a glitch where my email didn't get stored on their system so they coul not send confirmation. Nearly all forgiven but they still don't answer the phone so less stars. Ordered a dog fleece for my new rescue on Monday 16 Oct 23 Paid with Google pay. No email confirmation or invoice received as yet. Rydale taken my payment on the 17 th. Customer service rubbish-they don't answer the phone! Have sent email to support but no response. Do they have the order? Will I get my order? Really very annoying.
Received Wrong Jacket Twice!!
Ordered a plain blue riding jacket for my daughter. Was sent jacket with gold writing/branding over it. Told customer service I was not going to pay to send it back (their returns are n ot free) as it was not my fault they had sent the wrong jacket. Waited 3 days for the new jacket to arrive....it was the wrong jacket. No customer support over the weekend, no one came back to emails. Too 3 hours to get through to customer services. Still have not received the correct jacket. Very poor service, no contact from the company. SHAMBLES. Told to wait 24 hours while they look into the problem. Just send me the right jacket and deal with your internal systems in your own time. Hopeless!!!!
Nice jacket with a flattering fit
Nice jacket with a flattering fit. I bought it to go over my nurses uniform and it’s knee length with a decent hood and pockets. Only thing I would change is adding a loop at the collar to hang the jacket up with.
