Excellent, service, even though the first order was a paint delivery, instead of my clothes. But Rydale soon put it right and I got what I ordered.

Trousers fit nice apart from waist which is very baggy.

The service was faultless. Sadly silly me ordered the wrong size so had to make a return which again was faultless. Have order from this company before and will again in the future. Oh and the jumper was gorgeous.

We were looking for a specific shoe which only they seem to sell. Purchased the first time and was sent the wrong size in the box. Had to argue to get prepaid return, but ordered again. The second time the same thing -wrong size shoes in the box. Had to argue again for prepaid return. There is obviously no quality control with this company. Both were sent back and proof of postage provided to them. Only one is refunded, and they did not refund the shipping costs. When I contacted them, they said the second pair wasn't received and they will only refund when it is. This is extremely irritating. Both were sent back at the exact same time, both are there according to royal mail. The products may be good quality, but they company itself seems to run to a very poor standard.

I have now purchased several shirts from Ryedale. I have gone back again and again as the quality is first class, very reasonably priced and speedy delivery. All I want and ask for from a supplier.

Value for money, good fit. Have not used them yet.
