Easy to order, regular communication about expected date of delivery and as the items were in the sale it was good value, I think. I have not purchased from Rydale before but I confess I have purchased quite a bit since my first order. There is a huge flaw though. The image of the shoes I ordered is different to what I recieved. The shoes in the image in ALL of the various viewpoints show a Rydale branding on the shoe. This has not appeared on the 2 pairs of the shoes I have bought which makes me feel somewhat cheated as I feel what I have recieved is a cheaper version of the actual shoe. Disappointed to say the least.
