I’m a Dog Walker and need a good pair of boots for walking. I received these boots about a month ago and they are really comfortable and clean up well. When I need another pair of boots I would buy these again.

I contacted the company because I was a little unsure about their sizing of the gilet. I received an email in response and then called and spoke to their customer services. Between us we decided on the best size for me and it arrived promptly. I’m very satisfied with every aspect of my contact with Rydale Clothing and with the product received. Obviously at the moment the weather isn’t right to wear the gilet, but I’m sure it will be fit for purpose in the cooler weather. Louise at Rydale, sorted everything for me and I’d like to thank her again for her help.

Nice looking shoes fit well, the inner sole on the right shoe is not stuck properly within 3 days it has come up and I have to put it back every time I put them on which is annoying. I also have 3 Rydale coats and the zips are faulty / get stuck on 2 of them I’m a bit fed up as like the style not convinced on quality.

I ordered 2 shirts for Father's Day but although sent by Ryedale, the delivery company sent them back without leaving them in my porch as requested. I only found this out after tracking the delivery after a few days of waiting. When I reported this issue to Ryedale explaining that it was over a week since Fathers Day and my father was very disappointed. All she would do was to send them out again and deduct the original delivery cost. of £1.99. They finally arrived today 27th June as opposed to 16th
