It's costumer service was vary nice I talked to a man and a woman the scooter runs great very good quality the only problem I had was the truck that goes on the back had 3 deep scratches but it's OK I'm so happy to be able to get to work now and not have to walk and the shipping was like 2 days which it said 2 weeks so very happy all the way around

My Magician arrived early and came fully assembled. The bike looks great, I gave it a once over but since it snowed the same day it arrived I have not tried it out yet.

Everything went well, my son loves his new machine. My only issue was that I requested notification prior to delivery, because the fright was soo heavy and big. I wasn't notified that my freight had been delivered, I found it dropped on the ground out by the road. Very unprofessional, and inconsiderate. Also, I was lead to believe that the only assembly was to put the wheels, and handle bars on. The entire assembly process took 4 hours.

The staff at Killer Motorsports are fantastic to deal with. They let you know what’s happening every step of the way. Delivering was quick and arrived in perfect condition. Would definitely recommend…

Bike sent to carrier damaged….carrier never said anything for 3 days..missed 3 days of work because I have to b home to sign…everyday being told will b shipped today knowing it’s damaged….sad situation for all parties

I ordered a Quantum 150CC and paid for the assembly package, carburetor calibration and road test. Carrier experience and package arrived outstanding, at simple eye the unit looks good. Otherwise I will return the scooter. Then, I start the 6 steps prior to run, when a notice the assembly nightmare. I paid $99 for that services, thought they will use experience professional to complete the job. The scooter has the main ignition housing broken, scratches, missing many key screws, signal lights were installed to the wrong side, frame was loose. The scooter has a QC sticker, hum inspector did worth than the assembler. I opened a complaint, the resolution was to sent the broken and missing parts. I want to same my self some time assembly the unit (it comes 70% assembled) but I had spend double the time inspecting and fixing the loose components. Now will take 3 weeks to receive the parts, so I not able to use the scooter until then. And I have to do the assembly my self. Customer Services response takes too long but I have to give some credit to them for trying to change the nigh mare experience.
