Your customer service is horrible. I don't even get my go kart I ordered because y'all cancelled my order without my permission. I'm big in the motor sports in my area and I'm telling everyone not to order anything from you.

Experience was great. Ordered my item, tracking number was given to me once my item was shipped and received it 4 days later. Received emails every step of the way. Good job guys.

Fast delivery. Very nice and helpful phone order. Highly suggest calling them if getting product delivered to ensure you get all the info. Got the go kart assembled and only issue was the seat belt was secured backwards. Easy fix so not an issue. Grand daughter absolutely loves her new go kart.

When requesting the title,no confirmation e mail on whether the request was submitted and when I call I'm told to refer back to the request form. To me that's poor customer service

My Scooter doesnt run havent been able to ride it

My card was hacked in less than 24 hrs of ordering. And they want pictures of my debt card AND drivers license! I canceled my order and card immediately! All the reviews on the BBB say that it's a rip off and now I believe it!

The communication after I purchased my kids a 110cc arc was very good. I was notified when it shipped and got updates along the way. Putting the tv together was pretty straight forward. My kids love it. Starts and rides well. I have the governor on all the way and can adjust it as they get older. I would purchase again.
