The company that brought it to me ,told me 3 different time they were bringing it out , and no one called when they should have.

I love my bike and was very surprised how it came and with so much help . I did fall, but I am fine and getting right back on, thanks for the beautiful bike and helping me with my first bike.

Paid the extra to have the bike fully assembled. It would have been simple enough not to, but the small amount to know things were done and torqued correctly was well worth the $50 or whatever. The bike came shipped on a pallet and felt way better than the box our last bike came in. Encountered a small problem and customer service for Killer Mike had a mechanic from the manufacturer (Tao) call me back right away. Walked me through fixing it and made sure it was easy between videos to and from. Couldn’t be happier with the manufacturer and killer mike.
