Over all good was delivered on time really quicker than I thought. Had few minors things but management helped and fixed the issue. Good quality product over all. Other than the communication was by email and not by phone. And all purchases are delivered and can't be picked up. But understandable why.but over all I give them a 4 thank you.

Great equipment and easy ordering process. The machine went together easy. I plant to order a few adult ones cause the kids won't share with their dad and uncle.

Overall great experience, atv came in crate , had to be assembled.. a part was bent,. The company had no problem replacing it! Will buy from again.

You could improve by sending the customer what they have ordered originally. Not something that wasnt the color that was ordered. Need to pay more attention to order forms to get the customer the right product.

Actually deliver week early. Allowed my granddaughter more time to ride during her xmas visit.
