I found this company online just looking for dirty bikes and read the reviews and said let me give them a shot. There was a lady who was helpful from day one name Myrna she took the time to help me understand the in and out and went over the confusion that took place. I spoke with a guy name Jim he was a RUDE ASS individual was arguing and speaking over me because of him my husband ask that we cancel the order and not move forward.

Delivered what was ordered. Arrived earlier than expected. More communication regarding order status would ease concerns. Customer service number only refers to utilizing email. While that response was timely the number was misleading creating a presumption that a person would be able to speak with regarding issues.

Trouble for a buying fast shipment

Trying to get in touch with someone is impossible to get an update on order status! When I finally did they told me they couldn’t give me any information because my name was not on the order, however I was able to provide the name (my sons since it is a Christmas gift if was addressed to him) on the order along with email, address, order number, or phone number.

They were great and easy to work with..our atv arrived in the time they told us it would and it was beautiful... Delivery service was great worked with us on the arrival time and got it here on time.. And the price was better than any where else..
