Got the atv did everything i in the guide it told me to and contacted customer service about it and did what they told me to do and the atv still won't crank and i only had it for a few days. My daughter never even got a chance to ride it and they not even doing anything about it.

I made a call with a quick question & the phone was answered promptly & so was my question. Shipping was a lot faster than I expected, which was awesome bcuz it was right in the holidays. We did a test run last night & everything is good, just a few adjustments need to be made for my preferences. Overall, I recommend! I won’t have my kids’ review/thoughts until Christmas!

Did not receive item when I was told I would. When you call in you can’t speak to anyone because they’re still using the Covid excuse from 3 years ago. I did send an email in to check to see when I would receive my items and still haven’t heard back. Not good business practices and not impressed with this business so far!

Amazing fast delivery, but dropped off without signature. Box was slightly damaged with small nick in seat. Assembled in 1.5 hours with husband. Biggest smile on sons face!
