The product was exactly what I ordered. Product was packaged very well. I give yall 4 stars because after I ordered I received an email stating that I was going to get a tracking number and I never did. How ever I enjoyed the product so much I oreder two.

I felt secure about my transaction, someone responded to my questions promptly during regular business hours. I am considering another purchase.

Ordered 2 quads. One has an issue. Instructed that a ticket needs to be opened and that I will have to replace parts myself once they figure out what the issue is. Sent pictures and video as requested and was promised a 2 day turn time for a reply. It has now been 6 days and no word back. Will not recommend and will not do business again unless someone gets this under control. Just ordered my kids 2 dirt bikes but sure as heck not from here.

still dont know when im going to get my scooter 1st they said id get it on the 12 of may, now its going to shipped on the 12th of may, i just did not get that i was told still after almost two weeks dont have a tracking number..
