Custom,er service as great they alwasy reached back pout to me. they even called me back when they didnt answer. I seen alot of bad reviews but they were during the pandemic and we all had shipping issue.Consumers wouldnt understand this thats why they are consumers.... The bikes are in route everything was pretty seemless
