The doors are great
The doors are great. The staples used to hold the trim in place on the glazed doors are useless. Too long for the purpose and too weak to be easily removed and broke, which caused a few issues when fitting the glass. One style of door were out of stock which delayed delivery. Not an issue in itself but there could have been some more communication from the company.

Reasonable price but very poor customer service after.
July review: 1 star for customer service now. One door latch failed locking us out of a bedroom. It took 4 days for Vibrant to respond to our "Help" email. 25 April review: Not great customer follow up with Vibrant. We bought 11 JB Kind doors and many had small issues which is not Vibrant's fault so my 2 stars is for the slow response time from customer service.

Do not order from this company, terrible customer service, damaged goods sent and refuse to refund me or send replacement doors. First of all they took my money for doors and never sent them then told by customer service I hadn’t ordered them even though they had taken money. Refused to ever put you through to a manager even though rang many times . Lost my day with the joiner booked. Took a long time to sort as the order was totally incorrect finally got them delivered. The delivery company when they arrived stated that all the doors had been badly packed on their van and had all fallen and been damaged and only ours was okay to be delivered. The manager is denying this ever happened which is utterly untrue, as when I asked the courier service they said they had not even been asked. Both me and my partner are wheelchair users so couldn’t lift the doors to unpack them to check them until we could get a joiner booked in. No understanding with this they have just quoted 48 hours to check. Unfortunately my partner then had a stroke so still only had them a few weeks when checked by the joiner all damaged as my partner had been in hospital. Contacted customer service again, usual issue of refusal to pass onto a manager. Eventually the manager spoke to me, I discussed issues with her as I would obviously have the costs of the joiner again as he was at my house. Said she would look into it but didn’t get back to me all day. I rang back twice wouldn’t answer, then e mailed today saying that because over 48 hours won’t replace or refund badly damaged goods and offered £20 as good will for expensive doors. Then said I could sand brand new painted doors to get all the deep gouges out and scratches. Absolutely disgraceful. Looking at the reviews now so many others have been treated as badly. It is a shame someone isn’t trying to improve their image as a company and to rectify issues as they arise, which is what a good company should do. I feel so disappointed and let down by this company, I have never been treated so badly by a company and have now lost many hundreds of pounds for a product I can’t now use.
