Terrible customer service, clearly reading from a script, I’m not even sure that the lady I spoke with knew that the company sold doors. I ordered internal doors and handles, they all arrived seperately however the handles never arrived and upon calling them they said that it has only just been brought to there attention that they were out of stock. Shouldn’t they have known they were out of stock when they dispatched my order and the handles were missing?? Wouldnt use them again, the doors are flimsy and cheap and my joiner said they were the worst doors he had ever installed. DONT USE VIBRANT DOORS

Having been let down badly by Sethcodoorstore.co.uk, I found this company who were perfect, from start to finish Thank you

I purchased bifolding doors which came damaged, scratch marks on the cill and 2 of the doors all because it came wrapped in shrink wrap which is not acceptable. When I asked why the response from production management was we use shrink wrap so it’s easy for the customer to unwrap which is ridiculous as the customer you want to see your purchase fully protected, to resolve this they sent me touch up paint. What a joke and very disappointing, you have a good website full of good information and good arrange of products it’s a shame that the attention to detail is not from start to finish. I was offered money back as a gesture of goodwill.

we order the door which was delivered we found a part missing so we could not put the door we reported to the office they said they will sent it is one week we have still not received
