Late delivery

We were told it would be a 3 - 4 week lead time on out doors. After 1 week I emailed to ask if there would be a date given, and they advised me to contact again in week 3. Two people responded, and one was quite rude that I had already contacted them. So it was clear I wasn't going to get the doors in week 3 (there was no apology for this). I contacted again in week 3, the man was very polite but said he needed to contact the factory. I then sent a follow-up email and was later informed it would be delivered 10 days after the delivery window (no apology) It would be much clearer if they had said "approximately 3 - 4 weeks and you will be informed at the start of the window when delivery will be" Just manage expectations better

Great experience with customer service

Great experience with customer service. We ordered a bi-fold door back in December 2020. For several reasons this has still not been hung and we discovered recently that the pivots had gone missing. Callum in customer services has been brilliant in sourcing replacement ones and they have just been delivered free of charge. Thank you Callum.

Watch out when placing your order

Watch out when placing your order - the product information is incorrect and misleading !!!! I purchased ‘solid wood doors ‘ as the description clearly stated and was backed up by them saying they are the ‘best on the market ‘ not like the ‘ cheap hollow doors ‘ however the doors were just that hollow core not solid wood . Customer services are appalling, they ignored my emails and tried to tell me that I had not replied to their email and they were still awaiting a response from me . It took for me to send the same email whilst on the phone to another person for them to acknowledge they had received it !!! Once they acknowledged it I was then told because ‘it was a failed delivery ‘ I would be charged £45 which would be deducted from my refund !!! When In actual fact I’d checked my order as requested and it was not what i was expecting so refused delivery after speaking to them on the phone. Please be aware , double check every detail if you place a order with vibrant doors - I would not recommend.

I ordered 2 doors only one arrived

I ordered 2 doors only one arrived, phoned company it took 3 days and constantly calling on my behalf,it then turns out the door was damaged,so the other door is still sat in my house waiting for collection service wasn’t good at all,I agree the courier let you down,so why not use someone who is reliable because they are so unreliable. Door has been collected.
