Great customer service Great price

Very please with the quality of the doors. Just a little disappointed with the delivery service as they were only able to deliver to our area on a Thursday which caused a few weeks delay in the delivery.

Offered no support when goods arrive damaged, stating that it had not been reported soon enough. Unfortunately, I was unable to inspect for damage until a family member was available to help lift the items due to my physical disability (the door had been placed with the damaged side leaning up against the wall and looked fine from the side I could see). They have acknowledged and admitted that it arrived in poor condition but know that they can get away without offering replacement or compensation so feel no reason to take responsibility. How are disabled or eldery customers expected to check over a 40+ kg door single handedly?

The doors I bought were lovely but one had some damage. I am a single woman and the person who delivered them stacked them on the floor between a wall and table. I couldn't move them. So when they came to be fitted a week later the carpenter highlighted the damage and I contacted the company to ask for a replacement. Apparently I was outside the T&Cs which said any damage had to be reported within a (short) period of time. There was no negotiation. The staff were extremely rude and aggressive.

First order placed perfect ,second order for same products disaster. incorrect products sent , pain to get collected and still waiting for correct replacements 8 weeks later . Had to buy temporary doors to obtain building control approval on the project , then still need return site visit to exchange and decorate after .Poor communication from the customer service team.

Good quality doors, look gorgeous. Delivered on time, no problems at all. Highly recommend.

The quality of the doors supplied was very good. However, the customer service was appalling. firstly, i was advised delivery would be 5-7 days, and it wasn't until i chased the order 3 weeks later, that i was told an item was out of stock. After complaining about that, the doors were, miraculously, back in stock and delivered within 2 days. Secondly, I asked for advise on product selection from the sales team, and when 2 completely different style doors arrived, I was met with "there are pictures on the website, it's not our problem" and "there will be a collection charge from one company and another delivery charge from another company... because we are just a middle man". I will not use again!

Best price I could find for the fire door I needed and was quickly delivered. Nice door too. A bit annoying that the 'free' door handle and hinge set incurred an extra charge for delivery which wasn't immediately obvious. Lesson learned, nothing in life is free!

Good price, arrived as arranged in excellent condition. Helpful service. We would have no hesitation recommending.
