Very good service. There was a mixup with the address so the engineer did not come at the appointed day and time. But their customer service apologised profusely and reschedule the visit for the next day. This time the gas engineer came in promptly and fixed our cooker. He was very knowledgeable and the appliance works well now.

Technician came, identified the problem, fixed the oven, all very quickly, cleanly, and quietly. He returned a few days later and replaced the bulb. Excellent.
