Excellent Service I had engaged Capital Repairs for repair of my dishwasher. The service was excellent - communication, booking and then the actual repairs by their engineer Stuart. Stuart carried out the work professionally and left the place clean and tidy. Would highly recommend this company for repairs of white goods.

Very happy with Stuart's work installing our 2 replacement ovens - high quality, professional and friendly.

Having recently had a new kitchen fitted our microwave light bulb broke. I contacted Caple to advise them of the problem. As the microwave was under warranty they arranged for an outside company to fix the issue. This is where Capital Repairs come in. They called to arrange a visit, at this point I told them it needed a new light bulb and gave them all the details of the microwave ( 5 months old) Took a day off work to wait for engineer to arrive. He arrived and left within 1 min, told me he had no light bulb and would have to order one and come back. Took a 2nd day off work and waited for him to come back, only to be told he had the wrong part !! So had to take a 3rd day off work and wait yet another day. Sadly not a great experience for us and not a great way to run a business.

Cookies guys out to check my fridge freezer I was told it needs a new door in a new motor 24-hours or more later I have to ring them up and then they tell me that the door is obsolete do not use these guys they are no good
