Had a problem with extractor fan, Andrew came out first of all and was very honest about not knowing a huge amount about this unusual problem,however, tried and then ordered some new parts. Stuart arrived today with said parts and has repaired the extractor fan. Stuart was, professional, but friendly. Did a fabulous job and left everything neat and tidy. A thoroughly good company, with excellent staff.
