Andrew, your repair man quickly identified the problem, which was only soluble by the purchase of a new machine which will be delivered tomorrow. So the four star rating us only tentative...until the new machine is installed and working.

I found Capital Repairs very efficient in their service, they recommended a new appliance to replace an age expired defective one and installed the new appliance in a very professional and careful manner, including some modification to the existing cabling. i was delighted with the service in every way.

Other than the fact that the two people who came turned up a little later that I would have hoped, I have nothing to complain about at all. In fact, I can't remember the last time I encountered two technicians who were as friendly and efficient as those who came. They removed the old fridge freezer, installed the new one and took away a temporary fridge, all with the space of 45 minutes.

Having used this company since they started, for repairs and purchasing, I’ve recently needed further help. Once again, I have received excellent service! Immediate response, thorough checks done and a speedy repair. Polite, honest and a pleasure to do business with. I’d recommend them 100%. So nice to find such competence, professionalism and honesty. The repair man who came to repair the fridge was informative, knew straight away what the problem was and fixed it. He also tidyed up and provide information how I could solve the problem myself next time. I can recommend Capital repairs, as an excellent service for all to use.

Don't use this company. Four visits constantly ordering the wrong parts. A simple job took three months. Was never completed.
