Your rep listened to my dilemma. I had purchased your No. 2 awhile ago, and had not opened it for awhile, not needing to use it but wanted it. There was no adapter in the package. I had to pay for it and it was sent promptly.

This is my second light. My first one was great, but did not survive the five day flood on my home! Glad to have the good light back.

Wonderful customer service
I love my easel light but I was experiencing issues with the light turning itself off while I was painting. I contacted the company and they responded promptly and, after reviewing my issue, offered to replace my light which came with a 2 year warranty. The new light arrived a couple days later. This company is wonderful, responsible and stands by their product. i am more than happy.

I was looking for a lamp with a magnifier for a knitter in my life with low vision. I have no knowledge of lamps and diopters so I called customer service for help. Alexandria answered the call, she was so kind and very patient while answering all my questions and helped me find the best Christmas gift for my mom!

Awful customer service
I haven't even had a chance to try the product, because I can't plug it in. I can't plug it in because it was missing a cord. I contacted customer service at the company and they absolutely will not assist with replacing the cord that was missing from their original packaging because I didn't have a receipt of purchase within 30 days. I received this lamp as a gift from a camp that is 4 1/2 hours away from us, and the woman who purchased gifts for the event had been planning it for over four months - so not only do I have no clue exactly when this was purchased but there's no way that I am going to ask this woman to try to find a receipt and see if it was in 30 days and then try to contact this company or Amazon to try to get this part that she should've received in the first place. But, because of "their policy" and the way their system is set up, they were not able to give me any parts without the proof of purchase within 30 days. They could offer me a 25% discount on the cord (that they charge $25 for). But even then but with their 25% discount, I'm still paying almost $19 plus tax for a cord that Amazon sells for seven dollars. Or, because of sales, I can currently get a multi use adapting cord for $10 which is what I did. They were able, but not willing, to provide a 100% discount in their system, I verified that with the manager that I just got off the phone with. They also can't prove, since it may have been purchased in Amazon, that it was new vs used. Ironically, the only reason I am assuming it was purchased on Amazon is because I know she purchased other gifts for people at this event from Amazon because I helped to pick the gifts out. I had no idea that I was receiving one as well. But I can tell you it was new because the packaging had never been touched. of course I didn't think to take a picture of it before I opened it because I never would've thought this would be an issue. I made several suggestions and asked to talk to different people. But I only got the initial customer service rep via email and then the "manager" (not of customer service but of all the orders or something like that). So these comments are based on both of these, but generally it wouldn't matter since all they did was repeat the same thing over and over (sometimes loudly when on the phone with the manager). "Or policy, We need a receipt, Our policy, Within 30 days, Our policy, Our system...." In the end I told the "manager" I'd just buy a cord on my own and I'd be writing my review. I should not have to deal with the fact that your company screwed something up, and neither should the woman who went through the effort to purchase your product in the first place to give me a gift she thought I would enjoy, and nor should Amazon who was simply a middle man. And for the record, the amount of money that your company paid both of the employees I dealt with to go back-and-forth with me about this stupid cord was a lot more than if you had just sent me the dang cord in the first place. I just hope the lamp is more impressive than this experience has been. If I'd purchased it myself it would've been returned after the first email response. "Keep in mind when you write your review, we'll respond with our policy." Oh I'm familiar with your policy, it's pretty simple… And it's flawed.
Good source for daylight bulbs
I wanted spare bulbs for my daylight lamp and these were the only ones I could find!
