An embroiderer's 'MUST HAVE!'

The Daylight Company certainly deserves five stars. I cannot praise the service they provide for their customers enough. I am a very keen embroiderer and have always done my stitching using a Daylight Company lamp. I had my last portable Daylight lamp for well over 20 years and I used it for many hours every day. Eventually after 21 years the light began to fade a little so I bought a new 'similar' lamp at the Alexandra Palace on October 13th 2024. My new 'Twist 2 Go' lamp worked perfectly for many weeks and I was totally thrilled with it. However, last week I noticed a fault. It kept turning itself off. I immediately sent an e-mail to the Daylight Company Customer Services who answered my e-mail immediately. They asked me to send a video to show the fault. I did this and within 'hours' I received an e-mail to say they were sending a new Twist 2 Go lamp in the post. I received my new replacement lamp within just days and am thrilled with it. I would like to say a special thank you to the very efficient CS manager called Aleksandra Warpas. She is 'amazing' in her job. She is so punctual with her replies and always does what she says she is going to do. I am so thrilled to have this new Daylight Company lamp. There are many 'daylight' lamps on the market, but being such an 'old' and experienced stitcher, I can honestly say there are no other lamps on the market that can match this Twist 2 Go model for the quality of the light, the size, versatility and 'portability' of this unique lamp. It even recharges itself so you can stitch 'miles' away from an electric socket! In my opinion, it is a 'must have' for stitchers! Sally

Customer service was very helpful in getting me a replacement for my Daylight Lamp that had a problem. Full replacement of my lamp!

Much more versatile than a ring light

Excellent product. So much more versatile than a ring light when tattooing. Also, the stand is simple, adjustable and you don't trip over it as you would do with a typical tripod.

Amazing lamps and incredible customer service

The Daylight Company really do have a great selection of lamps, especially for those who work with their hands and need just the right light. I have recently purchased one of their Slimline range which gives a great spread of light over a table. Although this particular lamp seemed to have a few problems, it was resolved in a matter of days thanks to their incredible customer service. I can honestly stay I've never been so well looked after as a customer! Completely recommend this company as the level of care and assistance is remarkable. I will absolutely be coming back for more lamps from these people!

Shipping Issue

I ordered a new power adapter for my Daylight Lamp on November 12. On December 3, I emailed them, having never received my item or a shipping confirmation. They said "There seems to be a mix-up, this order number is associated with another customer in the system." It finally arrived December 7. While I am glad the adapter works and resolved my problem, it was disappointing to have so much difficulty receiving my order. They didn't even apologize. I do love my lamp, though. Great light brightness and temperature.

Brilliant product….

Wrong adapter

I ordered an adapter to replace a missing adapter on Wafer 1 Lightbox it wasn't compatible with the union on the permanently attached wire on the light box. I attempted to call the customer service number on the shipping document. That number is no longer in service.
