Really like the design of the floor lamp as it can be angled. Would have liked it a bit taller but still does a good job. Nice long cord to reach the socket. Brightness of the light can be adjusted which is also a bonus.

I am a quilter. I have a "Daylight Company" chrome professional sewing machine light on my machine and I LOVE IT - very bright and clear. BUT I wanted to move the lamp. The lamp slides onto a base which you stick to the body of your machine. The lamp kit comes with 2 bases but I needed more and Amazon don't sell the bases separately so I ordered straight from the company. The bases took forever to arrive but that's because it came via Royal Mail! It arrived well packaged and one of the bases is already in use.

I ordered my Lumi Task Lamp in December 2020, and it has just popped it's clogs April 2024. So that's 3 years and 4 months moderate usage (roughly on average 8 hours per day 3 days per week). This, by my calculation makes the total life of the light 4160 hours, which is far less than the LED rated life of 50,000 hours as stated on the website! It's now completely useless as unable to buy parts or bulbs, and is past the 2 year manufacturer guarantee. Yes it was a fantastic light whilst it lasted, however the build quality doesn't live up to the expectations, and £129.99 every 3 years is a joke in my opinion!
