Lackluster Customer Service I bought a Slimline lamp and magnifier attachment about 18 months ago. I didn’t use it much (but liked it) and am gentle on products, still the plastic clamp that attaches the magnifier to the lamp broke about a year in. I finally got around to asking the company if they could send me another plastic clamp. I called and then sent an email with pictures. They said they needed at receipt. I no longer had my receipt and could not go back that far on my charge card detail. I reiterated that I only needed a clamp ( not the whole lamp and magnifier) and that I no longer have my receipt. They responded saying they don’t have that part to send me. Maybe they could have said that before I spent time looking for the receipt? The customer service rep also offered no apology or concern for the product malfunction nor a thank you for being a customer. I really like the lamp (even though it’s a bit pricey) but I will no longer purchase products from this company. Lackluster customer service. I like places that stand begin their products
