Good Communicators and prompt refund!

I mistakenly ordered an adaptor that wasn't right for my lamp. Daylight Company were very prompt at dealing with my problems, communicated well and after I returned the adaptor promptly refunded my payment. I would be very happy to use them again.

Mixed review - 5* and 1*

My contact with Alexandria was very good -- she answered my questions (5*). My contact with the overall customer service situation was not good (1*) because the queue time was very long, and I waited days before realizing that I had an email address for Alexandria.
