The room was beautiful, even with a balcony and a great view. A got a warm welcome at the reception desk (trainees), exceptionally polite and friendly. As my room was not ready when I arrived a bit early - and unfortunately I did not feel well - I was offered a bed in the spa to relax. The wellness-coach brought a cushion for my legs and a carafe of water. I was taken care like a patient and I am grateful for that. I am determined to come back and spend a few days in that very inviting hotel. Thanks to the staff!. You all deserve 5 stars.

Lovely hotel, very friendly, rooms spacious. Tram not far away from hotel. There was 10 stops to the central station but very easy to find.
