Very bad experience I arrived in Sucre,Bolivia, I went to the hotel, "Parador Santa Marías Real", and they didn't have any notice of my reservation although I received your confirmation. Your office sent me the confirmation but did not send it to the Hotel. People in the Hotel were very polite and they gave me the possibility to stay one night.

I booked a hotel Oak Ray Summer Hill Breeze at Nuwara Eliya Sri Lanka. It was the worst experience of my life. We had a room with no doors on the shower stall resulting in the toilet becoming wet. No hand or face towels or even some tissue was provided. On top of it all when my 1 year old grand daughter decided to jump on the bed it broke as a result of which she narrowly missed getting injured. No redressal was available from the local management except an offer of a free meal which we accepted. However the whole trip turned sour as a result of this experience. No one should go to this hotel.
