Good service

Tried to book a reservation. At the exact same time I get my bank's text confirming that my credit card had been charged for the full price, an email from Elvoline lands on my inbox informing that the hotel is sold out. Elvoline charged my card for a reservation they knew for a fact they could not honor. I can now expect for a delay of 2 to 3 business days before I get my refund. Multiply that by a few thousand other suckers like me, and I am sure you get a nice business model running on interest on other people's money.

Simple and easy. This is really a no-hassle booking website.

They charged my credit card more then they show at reservation page. I've created a support ticket about it and waiting for response.

Very nice rooms, nice pools, quick access to the beach. The food quality is just regular and snacks are mediocre. Perfect place for families and specially the little ones. The beach and ocean view is just amazing. I would stay here again again with my family

Excellent place and wonderful staff

Wonderful hotel, excellent location, HUGE guest rooms, friendly and welcoming staff, very clean and adequately appointed, lovely balcony, nice pool, tiki bar, and restaurant. I throughly enjoyed my stay here. The only suggestions I would make to the hotel are to get new mattresses and update the room decor a bit...even without these suggestions the room was good but with them it would be perfect in my opinion :)).
