I bought a large first order on sale without reading the fine print about no exchanges / returns. Since it was a first order I ordered multiple sizes of some things so I was not thrilled when I went to return on line and the portal didn't work for my order. Customer service responded to my email quickly allowing the return, which was great. I would just wish in future there would be big "final sale" notices on the initial page, the cart page and the checkout page and then I wouldn't have to ask...I would order differently with that info, but since they let me return I will confidently order again because they do have nice stuff! The tencel material is incredible.

I received my first piece of Bleusalt several years ago as a Christmas gift. It was the three yard wrap in navy. I wear it all of the time, and it still looks brand new. Since then, I have ordered several pieces to go with it. When we traveled to Paris, that's all I packed. (I refuse to wear sloppy loungewear to the airport.) The fabric is ultra soft and comfortable. I have been in the clothing business for thirty years and know what quality fabric should look like. I appreciate their customer service always reaching out and thankful for my business.
