Absolutely diabolical service !! Have had 3 call outs and nothing has been done concerning my mouse infestation. No sealing or blocking of entry points, just laying bait traps and leaving and coming back, and back again to check them. Utterly useless and dishonest !! Do not bother to use them. Do Not deserve any stars.

Customer service is very poor and unprofessional. Bedbugs comes back again after 2 treatments. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

They came when they said. They were polite and helpful and they solved the rat problem.

When we first had sighting of mice we tried to eradicate them ourselves ,after a couple of months we had to get pest control in.We had Kevin and Ray first but our mice were bait shy.We then had Lee who assessed areas and found mice were in the pipe work he used a different treatment and after several visits and his determination and dedication to his job we appear to be mouse free.I would recommend Lee at Monitor again.If we have to have monitor again we would request Lee with his expert knowledge.Marion

The con The contactor was very professional with the work he was doing and show he know what he was doing.He did not only ask for my signature but he took the task me through and what he has done them ask me if i was happy i should sign.

Our mouse problem was dealt with very efficiently. Had other pest control previously who couldn’t get rid of the problem and cost extortionate amounts. Monitor pest control very reasonably priced and problem solved! Would highly recommend.
