Based on my previous experience of receiving Pasta Evangelists meals, I knew the quality of their products but I was really excited by their new range of pasta sauces and pesto. I wasn't disappointed at all ;the quality, flavour of this new range has enhanced my cooking and my family have been impressed with the tasty pasta I'm now serving!!

Worst pasta place in Newcastle upon tyne, we ordered for a special dinner through deliveroo, paid 43 pounds, and got plain bland flavorless cheesless saltless pasta!!! Seriously stop ordering from them only then they will improve their quality! It was disgusting service they wouldn't even give a partial refund said only we will give your feedback to the chef!!

The dishes are of real high quality and…

The dishes are of real high quality and packed full of flavour. From order placement to delivery we were kept well informed. They advertise the dishes as restaurant quality but I would go further and say many of the dishes exceed many of the restaurants we have been to and enjoyed. High quality, great taste and ready in minutes !

Pasta evangelists home delivery - worse each time

Pasta evangelists home delivery - I’m convinced local kitchens are watering down sauces. There is little to no flavour in recent deliveries and no way to leave feedback. The carbonara sauce in my recent delivery was a tepid tasteless puddle at the bottom of the bowl. Unfortunately there seems to be no quality control as this seems to be a recurring issue. It’s shame as when they started I thought they were good value for money.

Further epic fail…

PastaEvangalist just sent me a third lot of pasta I didn't order! Epic failure in environmental concern from a company I used to find good last year. Spare on its way to a relative. Poor show yet again. Luckily the nice Yodal man took it back for free. NO CONCERN FOR DISABLED CUSTOMERS OR THE ENVIRONMENT. Only have 2Kg to deal with tmrw thanks to Yodal.

Extremely annoyed!

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service and handling of dietary information at Pasta Evangelist in Richmond. As a vegan for seven years, I am very careful to check the ingredients of my meals. During my first visit to your restaurant, I ordered a dish that was labeled as vegan. However, on my subsequent visit, I was informed by the staff that the pasta I had previously consumed contained egg. When I brought this to the manager's attention, she was initially unsure and had to verify the ingredients. After checking, she assured me there was no egg in the pasta, yet her team continued to insist otherwise. This inconsistency and lack of clear communication are completely unacceptable. Moreover, the manager displayed a troubling lack of concern regarding my dietary needs and the potential mistake. She merely stated she would coach her team, which does not address the seriousness of the situation. As a vegan, I rely on restaurant staff to be knowledgeable and precise about what constitutes a vegan meal. Instead of accurately verifying the ingredients, they directed me to an iPad menu, which turned out to be incorrect. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and has led me to decide not to dine at your establishment again. This could have been a severe health risk, and my frustration is compounded by the team's and the manager's apparent disregard for the mistake and its potential consequences. Even now, I am uncertain whether the food I had last week was truly vegan, which is deeply concerning. I hope you take this matter seriously and ensure that your staff is adequately trained to handle dietary requirements accurately and with the utmost care.

Poor service

Was sent their link via holiday let company. Thought we would try before we went away with family. Order arrived no problem so decided to try a few more dishes. 2 days after ordering was emailed to say most of what we ordered was unavailable. (1 dish would be acceptable but not 3). As i can't rely on them having what we want I will order from elsewhere for our family holiday and in the future.
