Myself and my partner ordered from the Brighton branch and my goodness, it was DELICIOUS!! Each mouthful there was a “mm”, “wow” or “coor”. We both ordered the ragu. 10/10 from us! We are going to have to order the recipe book to recreate! Thankyou :)

Easy to order, and so many lovely dishes to choose from! Quick delivery and nice packaging…and last but not least…delicious food!

Ordered weeks ago, emailed recently to say a dish was out of stock, customer service handled this badly. The quality of dishes and ingredients has noticeably declined since I last placed an order approx 3-6 months ago, bulked out with veg and barely any meat in sauces. also the best dish (in my opinion) beef ravioli was discontinued. The out of stock item is just the tip of the iceberg. I want nothing further to do with Pasta Evangelists, and I hope others also take their custom elsewhere.

Absolutely Horrendous company!!! There App took my order and I put the correct postcode in. Order got taken to completely wrong address and was delivered, so I phoned them back within 10 minutes to explain that there system had sent the order to the wrong address, and they couldn’t care less and basically said someone else is eating your order and it’s my fault I used the app. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I work next door to pasta evangelist and I asked if they where doing takeaway coffee they said usually they do but as we have just opened a new store. it won't be ready for an hour or so. I was so shocked when the lady I spoke to earlier came in and gave me a cup of coffee and cheese cake on the house. It was so kind of her. I know pasta evangelists well only by takeaway and it was founded in harriods. It is really amazing pasta and I'm so lucky to be working next door. I can now eat in and not takeaway. 5* all the way!!

Top class customer service from Joyce in their customer service team. Had an issue with a delivery; email sent and an hour later a reply resolving the issue. Top marks!
