The best Italian pasta you would ever get!

Subscribed for three years now, food is always great makes life a little easier and the few times there's ever been an issue its been very minor stuff that they have gone out of their way to bring to my attention and apologise for when frankly I probably wouldn't have noticed otherwise. Seems like they work hard to keep their customers happy.

The food was delicious but there are bad delivery issues. My first order arrived without prior notification, the text message advising the time slot arrived 10 minutes after the delivery. 2 of the items in the box had either not been properly sealed or had been tampered with, and the contents had leaked over the other items in the box. I sent two messages via the website; there was no automatic email acknowledgement. It was over a weekend so I waited until the next day but had still heard nothing, so I rang the customer number. The email said they were open from 10am but turns out they open at 11 so I asked for a call back. When that happened I explained the issues and the agent said I would get replacement items the following day. They duly arrived - again with the delivery notification arriving after the delivery had happened - and again, one of the boxes was damaged and leaking. I have asked for a refund…..
