It was great

I was grateful that I was able to change the itinerary but was frustrated to find out that when I checked into the hotel I was to pay more fees in the way of resort fees. I wish I had been informed that this was a thing as I was not expecting to have to pay more to stay at the hotel.

We were transferred a couple of times on our first attempts. Nanette called us back and was very knowledgeable about the vacation packages and walked us through the process step by step. Which was very helpful since it our first time using the service. We look forward to using our packages as described in the initial presentation in Las Vegas.
