Great pick no extras just room and clean one as well as food was good no issues

The presentation was on our last day in Vegas and we were supposed to get a gift card to a restaurant there, but didn’t receive a card. Also a promised $100Visa card which we didn’t get. The presenter did a good job but we are not going to be traveling much due to age and health. So we did not purchase the deal.

The representatives I spoke with ( I called for information first & then called a second time to make the reservation) were knowledgeable, polite, friendly & competent. They handled my requests quickly.

Great agency, we are very happy of using them for our trip to Las Vegas, they made us save money on our hotel reservation, they are also very flexible and understanding our needs, they always kept me informed through text, emails and calls, just to make sure we were very well taken care off. Never a hustle, always on schedule but very flexible… Thank you to all their staff members.

I liked the fact you were not real pushy. I don't like the deception when you tell us we've won all these trips just for listening and we can't get them. I'm not gullible enough to actually think I was going to receive them but I don't like the deception on your part.

I attended the even @ westgatet I drove myself there, I didnt utilize their free ride, so I was doubly screwed. I have proof that I showed up for the meeting and was turned away. I called and spoke to customer service, and told them what had happened to their acknowledgement and now almost a month later they try to slip the $300 charge by me, as if I did not show up for the meeting. I have documentation of arriving at the evemt and I have documented that I spoke with customer service regslarding this matter.

They offer "cheap" travel packages but the amount you pay goes to them, because when I arrived at the hotel I paid almost the full amount. Then there was a tour, which is actually a lecture to sell travel packages, I had to go thanks because in the lowercase clauses they say if the person doesn't go they have to pay $300, and they discount it right away. They seem nice, they only seem so, because after I commented on their networks about it, they blocked me so that other people wouldn't see it so that they could continue making fools of other people, and they even kicked me out for the comment I made on Facebook and Instagram, but even my credit card detected them as a possible "Fraud". I will continue to comment on the truth about them so that other people do not fall for the lie.
