I can already tell that this heading in the wrong direction. Was looking to book an adventure for me and my husband’s wedding anniversary. Tried to confirm reservation but kept saying that they were not able to confirm. I’m hoping to be able to cancel before they process payment. I even sent a help ticket request to cancel payment. And after looking at the reviews I feel that this was a terrible mistake. I just want to stop payment process. I will have to report this as fraud.

I was initially disappointed with my experience. I got to the MGM Grand and found that my reservation had been canceled the day before even though I have confirmed with the VO staff just a few days earlier. I was likely going to not accept the program due to this initial impression. It was only thru the wonderful presentation that I changed my mind. I had expected high pressure sales, but was pleasantly surprised with the easy common sense presentation.

VACATION OFFER.COM IS A SCAMMER!! Don't waste time with them. They lied, as soon as you booked vacation through this company all hell breaks loses. Nothing but headache, there won't be a vacation for you but dealing with scammers I had to check out from my hotel earlier than my expectations date. Report them to the police, so they stop scamming people. We went to presentation like they asked, they said because my husband speaks slow in English they going to charge $300 fees which they didn't mention anything about it to us when we booked our reservations nor state anywhere in their "how I qualify" term. Why would you SCAM people like that. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Stay away from Vacation Offer.com if you want to enjoy your vacation.

We enjoyed the trip to Vegas that we booked with this company and everything else went smoothly with the hotel. They provide a good deal, just make sure to read all the requirements for attending the presentation and be prepared to provide ALL required information. They can turn you away if you don't comply with those requirements.
