My review is a bit late, but here I am. I would like to express my honest gratitude for both Alex Mamfiedini( pardon if I didn’t write correctly last name) and Julixa Rosado( also apologies for any mistakes). First , when I received a call I instantly thought it was some scam so I almost hang up. I am happy Julixa stopped me from doing that by explaining right away what was this call about. She kindly called me back when I said I am not able to talk at the moment. She was fun, easy to talk to and we laughed through the process. She was helping in making certain decisions and very patient when I asked same questions several times. Alex was tremendous. Not only he made sure I understood everything , but he as well provided the best possible attitude and attention to my concerns and overall both gave me a feeling that I am already on a vacation. Appreciate them both. I was very happy that I got them both on the phone. The presentation team was very professional, and they were very knowledgeable. I used to own a timeshare in Cocoa Beach Florida, and I had to let it go due to the high maintenance fees and only having access to the property every other year. So, the visit was very refreshing.

No long hold time, really like that. Had several no cost options on hotels, really like that. Both representatives Liv and Liz were very patient and helpful walking through the options and answering all questions.

Agent was very patient. Only complaint was phone connection was choppy so had to have her repeat herself frequently. Was mainly me as I am hard of hearing.
