I enjoyed the presentation very much. The program was explained well. I did not join at the presentation, I wanted to research a little more. I do believe the program will save money on trips planned.

This place is a big scam they rope you into something and won't give you your money back and then lock you in this is wrong.

Started working with Sara the first time I called to gather some information on how booking my trip would work and how to upgrade and add people. She was amazing and talked to me about all my options and how to make it work. Also informed me on the best time line to book. Two weeks later I called to book my first hotel stay and worked with Carris. She was also super amazing!! Worked with me on the phone for an hour comparing different hotels and answering all my questions until we found the perfect one for our need. I cant thank Sara and Carris enough for my first experiences with the company

Olivia provided great customer service and client support. She answered my questions and was patient in ensuring I understood all the information I needed to know.

The Rep that helped was named Liz - she was great - she was able to book me a room with my vacation package and was very patient finding me a resort that had available dates - couldn’t be more happy with the great customer service and am looking forward to potentially purchasing a vacation plan
