We were put up in a pretty low rent Ramada Inn. I had expected a Suite or time-share condo.

The customer service agent was very helpful and friendly.

Absolutely horrible a scam. They offered me all kinds of stuff and when they sent the package it was missing 1 trip , 2 round trip flights, and free car rental . They lied about fees despite I questioned them multiple times . Had me on the phone for 51 minutes went through 2- or 3 verifications . Refused to give me a refund or transcript of calls. Rude . Misrepresentation and fraudulent. Will tell you they can’t give you the transcript. Basically they lie and entrap you. After you purchase they then send a package which is what you didn’t agree to. High pressure entrapment with saying because the deal is so great it’s non refundable despite they don’t give you what you agreed to. I requested to cancel within 30 minutes of purchase due to it not being what they said it was and lied about potential fees . They have you talk to so many people and then try to confuse you. Run. I am reporting them to attorney general for consumers and if they don’t refund my money and or my bank doesn’t support dispute .I will take it to civil court. Complete fraudulent company. This company is a scam and worst I have seen. The person who originally calls will not answer your calls or return them.
