Great communication from the company that then transferred the bed to the delivery team. Even tough the first date for delivery was not compatible with my schedule they re-arrange for a more suitable date. Great sturdy bed and the storage is just what I needed! The fabric I’ve chosen is just as I wanted. Overall very happy with quality/price.

Excellent service. Someone answered the phone when I rang with a query. I got samples of material which were helpful in making my choice of a silver grey with a bit of sparkle! The reason for only four stars is the wood fixings to attach headboard to the bed were a bit flimsy and had knots in the wrong places which weakened them further, but we managed. I’d buy from them again.

When I unpacked the headboard I noticed that two screws were not included in the plastic bag stapled to the back of the headboard. A quick phone call resulted in replacement screws being received the following day. Great customer service

Overall all a lovely half ottoman bed and winged headboard. Time will tell if it stays the course

*AVOID* Ordered an Anne divan base. After waiting weeks it was delivered, and was the cheaper Elizabeth divan base, totally wrong order. Weeks later, they sent us an even worse bed - 2 different halves. One had no drawers, and the other half had the drawers in wrong place. How can anyone be so incompetent to send you the totally wrong bed twice?! Decided to eventually buy elsewhere as they can't be trusted. Still sleeping on the floor waiting for a bed due to months of their mistakes. Asked if they would give me money off an ottoman box to say sorry for all the problem they had caused, and they refused!

Reasonable price very good delivery. The fellas that delivered this product were very helpful and a credit to their delivery company. The bed was just what I needed and what one would expect for the price.

Great to be able to get a selection of samples for fabrics. Production in factory and delivered within 2/3 weeks. Good quality and well finished. Service department very helpful in answering a couple of questions about clipping the bases together and removal of stickers.
