Bought bed base from their Clearance selection. Great product - can't see anything wrong with it. Great discount. Delivered quickly. Would definitely use again.

Ordered 5 samples, 2 came with no labels, so could not chose those fabrics, delivery was scheduled for the Saturday, waited in, no delivery came, no call centre open, to phone about delivery. Phoned Monday and was told there was no room on the van for your bed, delivery was then scheduled for Wednesday, I complained, the staff said they would phone, they never did. Delivery finally arrived, I had to sign for the bed, before they would deliver, when I said, I had not seen the bed yet, and I will sign once you deliver, I was told they would just leave the bed in the street. Very unhappy about the service, the bed is nice though, would not order from them again though.

Good value for money,,British made. Arrived promptly, there was a delivery mix up but sorted out within a few days with minimal fuss. I found the staff polite knowledgeable and friendly. The delivery drivers ( Kevin or Kelvin I think) were obliging and very helpful indeed. Even phoning me when he knew he was going to be 15 min late (never had that before) 5 stars from start to finish from my point of view. Ken.

Delivery crew didn't want to take the bed upstairs to the bedroom. One connector was put on incorrectly so the two halves couldn't be joined. The fabric knap is so badly matched that the two halves look like they are completely different colours. Headboard holes are unfinished and too close together The non-slip base requires me to adjust my slipped mattress every day. Not cheap to buy and not impressed
