Bed had incorrect legs, markers for screw holes (legs and headboard) bore no relationship to actual holes.

The headboard is amazing quality but there is a crease in the material on one side.

Good solid bed, but one of hydraulic lifting arms has come off already. Also once the headboard is fixed on, mattress hands over bottom by couple of centimetres.

It was delivered in good time & condition & the men put it where we asked them to. Thank you.

I ordered material samples, which were delivered quickly and I then ordered two single beds and headboards. They were made within the 10 days specified and delivered efficiently to the designated bedroom.

Ordered headboard and ottoman base, the communication was great and very efficient. The product arrived and was delivered with care by very helpful guys who rang to confirm what time they would be and emailed prior to delivery. I am delighted with the product and really good quality. The samples you order arrive very quickly and good quality/ colours available. I would recommend British Beds and it’s nice there are companies that are efficient still around.

Your service and product are great (Elizabeth superking divan base 4 drawer) but your couriers let you down. Courier delivery communication should be efficient and dates arranged in advance as a delivery this size requires you to take a day off work as you need to unpack it with both delivery personnel present. 02.05.22 - for the record..i did wish to emphasise that the 2 courier guys who delivered the bed on the day were great, sent email conf estimated del slot, carried divan upstairs & waited with us whilst we unpacked it to check everything ok.
