Ich bin im Jahr 2020 mit 26 Jahren zum ersten Mal in der Klinik gewesen. In der Klinik angekommen war ich erstmal begeistert, da die Empfangsdame (Esra)super freundlich und aufmerksam war. Als es ums Ärzteteam ging war ich erstmal verwirrt. Serkan Aygin habe ich bei diesem Besuch nicht kennengelernt, da er wohl spontan die Klinik verlassen musste. Im Anschluss kam ein anderer Arzt der meine Ansatzlinie eigenständig definiert hat, die mir selbst gar nicht zugesagt hat. Als ich ihm mein Wohlbefinden mitteilte, sagte er dass er wisse was er tue und es nur angezeichnet so aussieht als ob ich weiterhin Geheimratsecken habe. Er ist mir kein Stück entgegen gekommen. Auch wenn ich teils türkischsprachig bin, habe ich mich eingeschüchtert gefühlt und habe dem Chirurgen dennoch geglaubt. Zudem wurde keine Analyse meiner Haare oder ähnliches durchgeführt wie vorher im Packet angezeigt wurde. Zu einer Korrektur war ich dann 2023, die zwar auf Kullanz war, dennoch wieder etwas bei rum kam was mir gar nicht gefällt. Meine Haare können seitdem nicht mehr kurz getragen werden (vorher wurde mir gesagt dass das möglich sei), da die Haare in unterschiedlichste Richtungen wachsen. Und auch beim zweiten Besuch hat sich Herr serkan Aygin kein Mal blicken lassen. Insgesamt bin ich super unzufrieden- mittlerweile 30- und werde wahrscheinlich eine dritte Op benötigen. Mittlerweile war ich bei verschiedensten Haarkliniken in Belgien, der Schweiz und auch der Türkei die mich beinahe bemitleidet hätten.

Appena arrivati nella struttura, sono rimasto subito colpito dalla bellezza dell'edificio, dalla pulizia, dall'ordine e soprattutto dai modi educati e garbati del personale addetto all'accoglienza. Mi sono sentito accolto con gentilezza e professionalità dal personale addetto, prima, durante e dopo l'intervento. In ultimo aggiungo sinceramente che mi sono sentito trattato con dignità, calore, empatia e tanto altro ancora.

Ma récente expérience de greffe capillaire avec le Dr. Serkan Aygen le 15 a été véritablement transformative. Le professionnalisme et l'expertise du Dr. Aygen ont été exemplaires, et son équipe m'a offert un soutien exceptionnel tout au long du processus. Je suis extrêmement reconnaissant envers Madame Kenza pour son aide précieuse tout au long de cette aventure. Sa guidance et son soutien ont été inestimables, et je suis maintenant impatient de voir les résultats de ce voyage vers la restauration capillaire.

From the initial enquiry I made through Dr Aygin's website, the service has been spot on. They dealt with initial questions by whatsapp and once I had booked in for treatment, the clinic were in contact with me the whole time and couldn't have made it any easier. I had 4,500 grafts altogether and am so pleased with the results! The treatment was painless, the aftercare was faultless, and I'd recommend this clinic without hesitation to anyone considering a transplant. When I got to Turkey, I was picked up at the airport and taken to my hotel, and each day was taken to and from the clinic by one of their drivers. On the first day I was taken to the operating room and given a mild anaethetic before they gave me loads of local anaesthetic in my head. Two surgeons worked constantly to remove the grafts, while a team of 4 or 5 at the back of the room counted the grafts and prepared them for transplant. Once all the grafts were out, I was given a sandwich & a drink, and then laid back down for the transplant. This went really well and didn't hurt at all (it just felt like someone gently tapping my head for ages!). After the surgery, I was given dinner and one of the doctors explained the process and the aftercare to me very clearly, and answered any questions I had. I returned to the clinic the next day where they gave me laser treatment, washed my head & treated it. They answered more questions, explained everything again and then I bought a pack of treatment creams and oils which help promote recovery over the coming months. I was taken back to the hotel and the following day was picked up and taken to the airport. After this, the clinic continued to stay in touch - they want progress pictures and remain on hand to answer any questions. I'm now 1 year on from having the transplant and am so happy with the results - I can't fault them or recommend them highly enough!! If I had to give any advice? It would be to trust the process and do exactly what they say, especially for the first 6 months - look after the hair, use the creams and oils, be gentle, and also don't worry when it falls out initially around month 2 to 3, because in months 7 to 9 it all comes back thick and healthy and great!! If you ever have doubts, you don't need to. This clinic is the one to use for sure!

5 stelle per la professionalità mostrata prima, durante e nel post-operazione. Supporto costante da parte di tutti i dipendenti ed i medici, disponibilità e prontezza nella risposta via whatsapp o telefonica. Mi ha colpito in particolar modo il fatto che tutti gli interpreti non fossero semplici traduttori italiano/turco ma professionisti altamente edotti su tutti i dettagli tecnici dell'ambito. Infine, una lode va anche alla clinica comoda da raggiungere, igienicamente impeccabile e letteralmente una galleria d'arte.

Von vorne bis hinten, perfekt organisiert, aber vor allem habe ich ein extrem gutes Ergebnis. Ich habe wunderbar volles Haar und alle sagen ich sehe zehn Jahre jünger aus.
