I got my surgery from them on Christmas of 2022. When I was there, there was a part of my hair that they did wrong, or not in a proper way. I expresses to them my frustrations and the response was “there is nothing we can do at the moment” or “lets see what the results are and see”. Well it’s over a year and the part I was worried about SHOWS! I been in contact with their people to resolve the issue and it’s always “the doctor will look at your photos and get back to you”…. I BEEN WAITING 2 MONTHS FOR HIM TO GET BACK TO ME. Extremely disappointed. I spent a lot of money, flew to Turkey from the USA during the crazy time of Covid, all the risks to try and do this, and this is how you get treated.

this by far has been the most pleasant experience I could ever imagine, I found Dr. Serkan Aigin's clinic to be one of the if not the best treatment facilities. My whole experience was very organized and strategized to the dot. They provide exceptional services from getting picked up from the airport, a trip to the clinic and back, and a check-up. It was very easy and relaxing. The staff were super friendly and the environment was very clean and hygienic! When I got to the clinic they had everything organized, treatment was done in one day, and had a follow-up the next day, once I got done with everything I was super happy with the results

Vorsicht Betrug!!. Ich war im Jahr 2022 dort in der Klinik und habe für eine HT mit DHI Methode 3300 EUR bezahlt. Ich war mit dem Ergebnis zu frieden und wollte dieses Jahr (2023) für eine zweite HT (Tonsur) wieder in die Klinik von Hr. Dr. Aygin. Man hat mir im August 2022 per WhatsApp folgende Nachricht geschickt: Für die 2. Sitzung 2000,00€ bei der FUE Methode oder 2600,00€ bei der DHI Methode. Man hat mir jetzt gesagt, dass die zweite HT auch 3300 EUR kostet!?! Das ist definitiv Betrug für mich. Ich wollte so gerne wieder zum Hr. Dr. Aygin gehen, aber nicht, wenn man mich beschei... will. Ich bin der Meinung, dass Hr. Dr. Aygin etwas unternehmen soll.

Purtroppo devo constatare che la tanto decantata garanzia è in realtà una presa per i fondelli, le altre recensioni in cui dichiarano di avere lo stesso identico mio problema. Di fatto ho fatto il trapianto a fine 2017, nel 2018 tutto bene, ma verso la fine del 2019 noto che i capelli nella parte posteriore (quelli che mi erano stati trapiantati da loro) iniziano a cadere. Di recente ho fatto presente il problema all agenzia ARATRAVEL dalla quale ho acquistato il pacchetto , la quale mi ha rimbalzato ad una certa AGNESE che una volta fatto presente il mio problema non mi ha più risposto. Mi aspettavo più serietà da una clinica come questa ma purtroppo tutto il mondo è paese. In sintesi : saranno anche bravi, ma sappiate che se il trapianto non va come dovrebbe vi chiederanno altri soldi e la garanzia praticamente non esiste. Perciò prima di scegliere loro guardatevi bene intorno.

Dr. Serkan's clinic was wonderful and the service was exceptional! From the airport pick-up to the professional team at the clinic, I felt very much at ease with the procedure. I am very happy with the result. Highly recommend!!

I'm from California and flew 15 hours to get to this clinic. 7 mo later, I'm speechless. I look in a mirror and don't recognize myself. I look at photos of myself constantly. I work with doctors who can't believe it when they inspect it. FUE with DHI....It is undetectable, no evidence of surgery. Best decision ever. My first transplant was in LA, but it wasn't that great.. Read google reviews and saw Dr. Serkan Aygin, and youtubed him presenting at surgical congress. I whatsapped my consult, with Besiana, 100 text and, 2 mo later I met her at Istanbul clinic, she introduced me to Dr. Aygin, who changed my life. Thank you. Don't forget to make reservations at Nusr-et, and see all the sites while there.

The clinic is wonderful and they made everything super easy. They coordinated all transportation which was amazing and the procedure went well. The results are great, my hair is so much thicker and looks amazing. There's a lot of sketchy clinics in Turkey but this one was really amazing. I'm so much happier with having great hair again

Assolutamente negativa. Sei paziente HIV seppur in terapia con carica virale inesistente, impossibile contaggiare? Nulla da fare, rispondono che la sicurezza del paziente non vieni seguito. Sicurezza Nostra o Vostra ho chiesto, zero risposta! Direi VERGOGNA, siamo nel 2023 e un medico si rifiuta di operare le persone di seconda classe? Scrivetelo nelle vostre pagine WEB e Pubblicità!
