If there were more than 5 stars or 10 stars, I would like to give Dr. Serkan and his team 10 stars. The hair transplant procedure and services for me and my brother were excellent; we didn't feel any pain. Also, after the hair transplant, they followed up with me even after 3 to 6 months and a year to see my progress, even though I live in the USA. They’re great at following up with patients and answering your question (Taskin and Besiana); they always followed up with me after my hair transplant. We love the way they treat us. The same was true for my brother's transplant journey. I must say the donar area is unnoticeable that I had a transplant. It looks so natural. Also, the same goes to my brother. Overall, the hair transplant was amazing! Thank you to Dr. Serkant and his team for the great effort. I plan to go for a second round of hair transplants in the coming year. Experience was great and results too. However, during the consultation the doctor was rude, mean and did not even bother to take my opinion or talk to me about the process.

I cant say enough about my experience 2 years ago. The honesty and the great customer service are top notch. Now i cant be happier with the natural look that i have after my procedure. scrivo la mia recensione a distanza di quasi 50 gg dall'intervento. Vi descrivo la mia esperienza, come l’ho vissuta e le mie impressioni, descrivendo le cose positive e quelle negative. Nelle recensioni scritte da gli altri uomini, in molti casi mi ci sono ritrovato d’accordo. Di positivo posso dire quanto segue: - nel complesso il viaggio è tutto ben organizzato, come la struttura alberghiera e i vari spostamenti. - Sono stato informato del mio percorso pre e post operatorio, e i loro dipendenti hanno risposto alle mie domande, e mi sentivo pronto ancor prima di partire per la Turchia. Ero a conoscenza che sarei stato “schiavo” della finasterite e del minoxdil, in quanto quei prodotti sono necessari per cercare di ritardare le nuove cadute, dato che i capelli (compresi quelli impiantati) non resteranno attaccati in eterno; - Belle infermiere , ed il personale è molto giovane, max 30 anni. - Clinica nuova e all’avanguardia, anche se io sono stato operato insieme ad altri 5 uomini, presso un’altra struttura, ovvero presso l’ospedale dove il dott. Serkan si appoggia per gli interventi. - Periodicamente invio le mie foto, in quanto seguono il percorso post operatorio, dimostrando una certa cura e attenzione nei confronti dei loro pazienti. Di negativo: - il dott. Serkan l’ho visto solo una manciata di secondi, ovvero il giorno della visita, dove si è limitato ad un controllo rapidissimo, disegnandomi sullo scalpo la nuova linea dell’attaccatura, spiegando in lingua turca all’assistente, quello che mi avrebbe dovuto tradurre. Dopo di che è andato via, senza darmi la possibilità di replicare o confrontarmi con lui. - Una volta andato via, ho appreso dalla traduttrice il tutto e che avrei dovuto sborsare altri soldi (600,00 euro) per il DHI, in quanto necessario per il tipo di capelli che io ho. Mi sono trovato e sentito con le spalle al muro, quasi costretto ad accettare le nuove condizioni, perché secondo loro, con il FUE non mi garantiva ottimi risultati. Purtroppo, successivamente, parlando con gli altri ragazzi (credo 6 di noi) che sono stati visitati con me il giorno 28/09/2022, ho appreso che tutti quanti dovevamo sottoporci con intervento tecnico DHI, e tutti quanti avevamo sborsato altri soldi. Siamo rimasti perplessi, in quanto abbiamo avuto l’impressione che a quel punto la tecnica DHI è una tecnica che viene proposta di consuetudine in quella clinica e che forse non era proprio per il nostro bene, ma per il bene del loro portafogli. Stiamo parlando di 600,00 euro in più, che non sono proprio bruscolini ; - Il giorno dell’intervento, ho rivisto in sala operatoria per forse 10 secondi il dott. Serkan, dove si è limitato ad osservare la linea della mia attaccatura e poi è andato via. Il medico che mi ha poi seguito e che si alternava con le altre sale operatorie dove vi erano gli altri pazienti, non ha voluto cambiare la linea dell’attaccatura sulla fronte. - Nella zona della cherica non mi sono stati impiantati molti bulbi, e questo mi dispiace perché avevo chiesto un buon infoltimento li. - Durante l’intervento io sono stato a mio agio e mi hanno trasmesso tranquillità anche perché ero semi cosciente in quanto sedato seppur in maniera locale. Nota negativa, mi infastidivano le continue risate delle infermiere che mi stavano operando. Credo che quell’atteggiamento non è stato molto professionale. - Ho acquistato dei prodotti da loro versando altri 200,00 euro (nessuno mi ha costretto a farlo). Prodotti di cui una volta aperta la confezione, le loro etichette e le descrizioni, sono scritte in caratteri minuscoli, illeggibili e non in Italiano, ma in lingua Turca ed inglese. Faccio presente che tantissimi dei loro clienti, sono Italiani. Ora attendo gli sviluppi del post intervento, e finora seguendo il loro protocollo e le loro guida, sta andando tutto come previsto, in quanto dopo 15 giorni circa ho iniziato a perdere i capelli trapiantati e ora dopo due mesi e mezzo, i nuovi capelli in alcune zone sono già abbondantemente cresciuti
