Llevo poco con el injerto de pelo y no puedo decir nada sobre resultados definitivos. Lo que si puedo hablar muy bien es el trato y la atención desde antes de ir a la clínica hasta que sales de ella con el implante hecho. La atención es muy buena, todo el mundo muy profesional. Creo que dará muy buenos resultados porque ya tengo muy buenas referencias y la evolución que estoy teniendo es muy buena y satisfactoria.

I had heard and I had seen results concerning this clinic. When I decided to go there for my case I just couldn't believe how good these guys are. They have shown extreme professionalism, respect to their customers and make you feel confident that everything will be as you have dreamed. There are so many things I could mention. From the day you make contact to the clinic you get yourself a guide who can answer every question and give you precise guidance until the day you come to the clinic for your operation. At this point I need to THANK my guide, Berk, for being there for the dozens of questions I got answered and his professionalism that made everything easier for me. As far as the practical aspects of the procedure are concerned you should note the following: 1. From the day you arrive at Istanbul you have someone waiting to pick you up from the airport and take you to the hotel. After your operation is finished you will have someone take you to the airport as well. 2. The clinic arranges for your accommodation (you do not pay for it) in a very nice hotel. 3. The transportation from the hotel to the clinic (and vice versa) is arranged by the clinic. 4. The clinic is AMAZING. Gives you the impression of a boutique in Los Angeles. 5. The operation has NO PAIN. 6. Once you have finished with your operation you get a guide assigned for the recovery time. They will answer any question and give you advice when needed. These are the most deserved 5 Stars I could give. Thank you!

Just came back from the hair transplant. I wanted to thank the staff and especially Berk for answering all my questions and doing the follow up during the trip.

Bonjour J’ai effectué une opération début de semaine dans cette clinique ( macdo de la greffe )et je suis totalement déçu J’ai appris à la dernière minute que j’allais être opéré dans une autre clinique…. ( panique +stresse) Ligne frontale dessinée deux par deux docteur différent je crains déjà le résultat final Et rdv pour le dernier lavage avant départ à l’aéroport annulé au dernier moment Car apparemment plusieurs soignants et assistants ont prix des congrès dans cette période Manque de sérieux totale une fois vous avez payé ils vous calcul même pas Je reviendrai avec plus de photos et de vidéos de la clinique et le traitement des patients dans cet hôpital vous aller être choqué

Happy with hotell and service at Dr. Serkan. Very friendly personel and helpful. I was assister by Tutku who did an excellent work translating and explaining each step during the process.
