Für alles ist gesorgt, alles ist durchgeplant. Diese Klinik weiß was sie tut, sie sind erfahren und haben Routine. Hotel, Klinik, Fahrdienst, Kommunikation vor und nach Istanbul-Aufenthalt war hervorragend. Für jeden Bereich gibt es einen eigenen und spezialisierten Ansprechpartner. Just home from my 3rd Hair Procedure at Dr Serkans Clinic in Istanbul. Very Happy with service i was offered, very professional and well organised from start to finish. Each time i have been back, i have noticed how the level of service has improved each time as well as the progression of new hair technologies. Staff were polite, Courteous and answered all of my questions and concerns. Robert especially was very nice and made me feel at ease. The only thing i would have liked, was a bit more time to speak with the Doctor himself. He just advises his staff how many graphs you need and then disappears. It would be nice to speak to him for a bit longer. Other that that I would highly recommend anyone thinking of a Hair Procedure to go with Dr Serkan (Doku Clinic), you wont be disappointed.

The staff are very polite and explain you properly what you should expect and answer to your queries. The operation was smooth. I did not feel uncomfortable through out the operation. Robert especially was helpful to make me understand about the procedure and after care as well.

The surgery an the service were great. The transportation was always high quality and on point. The payment process was a bit messy. First I was asked 2800€, then I got a deal for 1800€. Finally at the moment of paying they charged me 2400€. My friend who was here 2 months ago payed 1400€. I understand that the procedures are different and the prices as well, but I think that the variation on the price is too high. The results of the operation I don't know yet. I will mainly judge the clinic based on that. The rest are just details
