Ich war vollkommen zufrieden mit dem Service und dem Eingriff. Vor allem das Personal rund und den Eingriff war sehr sehr gut und immer für alle Fragen da. Im gesamten kann ich Dr. Serkan Aygin nur weiter empfehlen für alle die sich auch für eine Haartransplatation entscheiden.

Honestly and to be fair, all I can say is that you have to put your full trust in the doctor and his team. Believe me everyone who works in this facility is nice and very professional. It starts with drivers and ends with doctor. I chose to give this review on my own without any recommendations. My review is just a small appreciation for the great service of the entire team which I can family! Dr. Serkan has very nice perspective with everything he does, you don’t believe me!? For instance, see his art collection in the clinic, or check his work online and see it yourself. He is a true artist and unique doctor, and gladly I have had the best experience with the best doctor. He talks less but his actions are incredible. The staff are always being genuinely helpful and supportive, and I admire what they provide to make every client satisfied. Their efforts are so priceless and words can’t describe how I’m grateful to them. Last thing I want to say there is no doubt with result because I got result better than I ever expected. Thank you endlessly!

Mir wurden im vorderen Bereich 2600 eingesetzt. Im mittleren Bereich wurden mir 800 grafts mit der DHI Methode zur Verdichtung eingesetzt, obwohl das nie vorgesehen war. Dadurch wurden meine umliegenden Haare verletzt und ich habe jetzt massive undichte stellen und einen Schaden. Man sieht an meinen Vorher Nachher Bilder dass ich vor der OP dichtere Haare hatte. Als ich das Team auf Whatsapp darauf aufmerksam gemacht habe, habe ich keine Antwort mehr erhalten. Ich versuche das jetzt mit meinem Anwalt zu erklären und ein YouTube video zu drehen. Bitte passt auf!! Diese Klinink ist nicht seriös.

Cela fait une semaine que j’ai subi l’intervention et je ne peux que me féliciter d’avoir choisi la clinique du Docteur Aygin. Le résultat correspond parfaitement à mes attentes. Le Docteur Aygin en personne trace la ligne frontale et indique le maximum de greffons à implanter pour un rendu optimal et naturel. Service professionnel et compétent de bout en bout. De la demande de devis à mon départ de Turquie en passant par l’accueil à l’aéroport, les transferts en navette privée, tout était parfait. Le patient ne doit se soucier de rien et n’a qu’à se laisser guider. Le suivi de l’évolution au cours des prochains mois s’annonce tout aussi prometteur tant le personnel attache une grande importance au bon déroulement et à la satisfaction des clients. Je tiens spécialement à mettre en avant les médecins experts qui ont pratiqué la greffe mais aussi mes guides Abbes et Adem. Coup de cœur pour la jolie Zehra et ses excellents conseils du lendemain 😉 A l’image de tout le personnel du Dr Serkan c’est une vraie spécialiste du cheveu qui apporte des réponses précises à toutes nos questions. I traveled from London to Istanbul to have my beard transplanted in November 2020. On the day of my appointment with Dr. Serkan Aygın, I waited for 1 hour for the doctor to come to the clinic in Şişli. He marked one side of my beard with the permanent marker , then some necessary  tests was done and I was taken to the Koç university hospital.  Here, first they gave me a XANAX-style medicine, then they had 2 forms signed. Then the planting/transplantation process started. There were 4 and 5 assistants in the room, their age was between 18 and 23, I was unable to give any reaction to the painful process of the  treatment because I was taking a XANAX-style drug. I wanted to leave there, but I couldn't due to sedative drugs I was given.  Then Another doctor came, and he marked the other side of my beard with permanent marker . They started the procedure and Dr. Serkan stopped by and disappeared. When I said I felt a lot of pain, they gave me an injection, but it still didn't stop, my pain was unbearable! I came to my senses close to the end of the process. It took about 6, 8 hours. There were 3,500 transplants. It took much longer than usual, it was like an unprofessional team, they didn't seem to know what to put where.  I still thanked and tipped everyone and left and went to my hotel. . There was something strange when I woke up in the morning, the pencil marks were still there in the places where the beard was planted, I went to the clinic and got the first examination, and the next day I came back to the country where I lived, there was a home quarantine for 14 days, I never went out. They gave me a cream for my beard, I used it and they gave me a gel to wash, 2 months had passed, I contacted again in February, I had pencil marks on my beard. The pencil mark on my face did not go away for months, they said it will go away, but it has been 10 months and it still has not passed.  My psychology was broken because people were constantly asking about the line on my beard.  I regretted this procedure I had done to look better and I didn't want to go out in public, I didn't even want to go to my name, hiding my face.  When I contacted them, it was always said that it would pass, but it did not.  This process has hurt me a lot, both financially and morally. They appointed me a lawyer.  The lawyer told me to come to Turkey and they will do something to pass these lines. They will pay my travel and hotel expenses.  But in this pandemic, it was impossible for me to let go of my business and come to Turkey from England and get these sessions.  They also knew that I couldn't come, but they didn't care what my situation was. Who am I, why couldn't I come?  Because my name is Samet Zili, I am running a famous hairdresser in London with a large hairdressing salon and a lot of employees.  I went to Dr. Serkan with great confidence because I am his wife's ex-hairdresser, I knew Dr. Serkan 13 years ago and that's why I trusted him, but I regretted it, my life turned into a nightmare.  Such a mistake was made to me and the lines on my face even though they admitted the mistake. It's been 10 months still.. What are these lines? It is the formation of a ( tatto ) effect as a result of the combination of the needle with the pen during sowing . I have had and and still going through very difficult days because of this process done by Dr. Serkan Aygın and his team.  I didn't want anyone else to experience this mistake, this inexperience that deeply affected my social and business life.  That's why, from this day forward, I will share this event with everyone in England, Europe, all social media, newspapers and television, so that other people should not experience what I went through.  Let them do their research well and have it done in the right hands.  I think that those who will make health tourism to Turkey should know about these events. So how can this problem be fixed? It is necessary to perform 10 sessions of laser deletion, and I faced a problem both financially and morally.  I have financial means, I will try to solve this problem financially and I will be stronger to erase the traces of this incident from my face as soon as possible, but what can you do if it happens to you too?  Think carefully about them, research them, and then make your decision. Vorneweg: Meine Rezension bezieht sich ausschließlich auf den Kontakt vor der Vereinbarung einer Behandlung. Zur Haartransplantation habe ich eine Zusage bekommen. Jedoch hat mich auch eine Barttransplantation interessiert. Der Mitarbeiter schreibt unfreundlich und kurz angebunden. Ich habe zwei Flecken im Bart, die aus ausgedrückten Pickeln resultieren. Der Mitarbeiter stempelte dies dennoch als stressbedingten, kreisrunden Haarausfall ab und riet mir lediglich dazu, einen Hautarzt aufzusuchen. Keine Empfehlung! Andere Kliniken sind da deutlich zuvorkommender.

Revenant tout juste d'Istanbul. Je ne peux que vous conseiller la clinique du Dr Serkan. Tout est parfait. De la prise en charge dès l'aéroport jusqu'au retour à la maison. C'est la meilleure clinique.(design et propreté exemplaire, mieux que bien des établissement français). Le personnel est aux petits soins pour nous. On m'avait prévu une greffe en FUE, mais à la consultation post opératoire le médecin a décidé de passer en technique DHI(le top du top).aucun supplément à payer. Intervention sans aucunes douleurs. Soins post opératoire le lendemain matin.cela m'a ainsi permis de visiter Istanbul qui est juste magnifique (j'avais prévu des jours en plus pour la visite) Bravo pour votre professionnalisme. N'hésitez pas et foncez.vous ne le regretterez pas.

Ich habe mich ende Juli 2021 einer Haartransplantation unterzogen. Mit der Dienstleistung dieser Klinik bin ich sehe zufriesen. Dass der leitende Arzt nur kurz Zeit hat, war mir im Vorhinein klar - das restliche war aber sehr engagiert und professionell. Einzig und allein hätte ich die Haarlinie im Nachhinein ein klein wenig anders gewählt. Als die Haarlinie besprochen wurden, waren meine Haare noch lang und man konnte es nicht so gut sehen. Im Nachhinein betrachtet, wäre es besser gewesen, wenn die Haare schon einen Tag vorher rasiert worden wären, da meiner Meinung nach da dann die Haarlinie passender eingezeichnet hätte werden können.
